Quality cost difference between reclaimed water and tap water and an analysis of consumers' optimal choice for them

The paper has analyzed the products difference between reclaimed water and tap water and difference of quality cost between them. Based on it, the price model and demand function for reclaimed water has been presented. At the same time, optimal choice of consumers for them has been discussed. The result may serve as a reference for the analysis of consumers' choice for reclaimed water and tap water.
