Epidemiological Study of Cutaneous Basal-Cell Carcinoma, Potentials of Its High-Energy Laser Treatment

摘要

The results of the 5-year epidemiological and pathological investigations of cutaneous basal-cell carcinomas from inhabitants of the St.Petersburg area, removed with CO_2 and Yachroma-Med" copper vapor laser are presented. By our analysis of the intensity of exogenous impacts upon the tumor morbidity rate, we have concluded the industrial hazardous factors to be a dominant in this influence. The correlation between histological type and wide range of clinical behavior was proved.
