A program called Manispec2 has been developed with Visual Basic .NET Language. This software enables successive spectral calculations for SOWG spectroscopy. Adsorption rate of Rhodamine 6G (Rh-6G) in mixed methanol-water solvents at the hydrophobic quartz glass surface has been studied by SOWG spectroscopy. The time-dependent absorption spectra of were analyzed by the Langmuir rate equation by non-linear least square method. The rate constants of adsorption and desorption increased with the fraction of methanol. The amount of Rh-6G adsorbed onto the quartz substrate increased with pH of the solution, and it reached to the maximum at pH6 around which the dimer ratio also showed a maximum.
