Metasynthesis and Game analysis of Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence and Corresponding Strategy Research

Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence plays a more and more important role in the competition of future market. In this paper, the complex implication of Anti-Competitive Intelligence is analyzed; the relationship between Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence and Game Theory is investigated; game relationship and essence of Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence is studied; game model of Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence is built in the sense of Incomplete Information and dynamical game theory; the ways that Competitive Intelligence may be leaked out is discussed with the help of “Metasynthesis Technology”. Different enterprises from different lines and the enterprises on different competitive position in the same line should take different Anti-Competitive Intelligence strategy on the basis of “Clever Pig Game”. The paper gives some reasonable and workable suggestion to the Chinese Enterprises according to their present conditions of Anti-Competitive Intelligence.
