Ship Transportation Risk Management System of STX POS Ship Management Company in Korea - Focused on the System Design

摘要

The last target of this work is to develop the Vessel Risk Management System (VRiMS) that is to provide best recommendations for decision making to prevent the maritime accidents of merchant ships that are managed by STX POS Ship Management Company in Korea.VRiMS is risk prediction system based on the mission-based risk assessment using the combination data of fleet conditions,traffic environments and,crew's human resources.In this paper,research and develop approach methodologies to implement VRiMS are presented and some recent studying results are discussed.
