Presentation of results: GEFMA-/IFMA-task force 'standardization of contract and specifications in the building management'

摘要

At the market circulates an immense variety in contract and specifications patterns for building management. Now a task force with representatives of principals, service providers and federations as well as lawyers has compiled a pattern for standard contract and specifications which find branch-wide acknowledgment. The task force stood under the roof of GEFMA and IFMA.
