Cycle orientated planning of Maintenance and Energy Management With the first draft of constructing a project, one has to consider the effect and consequences when maintaining and operating a property. Construction and choice of material are intimately connected. Without neglecting the aesthetic aspects of a property the focus has to be on sustainable maintenance. The aim is to reach efficient running costs. Multifunctional equipped premises provide a flexible use. Capacities of vacant premises can be utilised more efficiently. The prior aim is the economical and responsible use of energy and water. It is essential to plan energy saving systems in the developing stage. Selective energy management reduces the energy use. Cost reduction can be reached by recording and calculating the consumptions values to decrease the energy consumption.
