High-strength and ductile glassy-crystal Ni-Cu-Zr-Ti alloys exhibiting stress-induced martensitic transformation

Driven by an advantageous combination of unique functional properties the bulk glassy alloys have attracted significant attention of materials scientists and a great variety of bulk glassy alloys has been produced recently. Here we present the Ni-based crystal-glassy composite alloys having a superior strength paired with a considerable plasticity.
