Micro technology is currently being considered as an important area in chemical process, because the micro reactor can be advantageously used, compared to the conventional chemical reactor. And if a large number of micro reactors are arrayed together, the required amount of products can be obtained. In this study, we tried to control shape, dimension and composition of Ni_xCo_yMn_zO_4 mixed oxide used as an active cathode material of Li secondary battery by precipitating these metal precursors in a micro fluidic reactor.
