摘要

Preparation of amorphous titania film was achieved by the UV-assisted CSD process. The film with a large refractive index was successfully prepared by the irradiation using Y-line lamp. Although it looks amorphous by the observations of XRD and TEM, a clear change was observed in the Raman spectra depending on the UV irradiation. Anatase like spectrum was confirmed for the samples treated with UV. These films show the photo-catalytic decomposition of methyleneblue as same as the crystalline films.
