This paper presents the theory of biocybernetics and theory of system dynamics with methods from the point of view of the system mechanism and the system physiology for the human circulation system's bloods control and baroreceptor reflex regulation have been researched simulation and modeling systematically and completely. From this foundation, we use the artificial intelligence principle and expert system method and the system dynamics Bond Graph method for solution and discussion. An Auto-Diagnosis System of heart diseases has been researched. Our reasonable conclusions of simulation and derivation coincide with the human body practical biology and pathology cases have nowadays. These results are successfully applied for medical education and practical clinical training here.
