The Dynamic Stress Testing and Analysis of Longeron on truck Under the extreme Circumstance

Under some special circumstance, automobile need to works on non-normal condition, especially on non-normal load with non-normal road situation. Working reliability of automobile at this kind of circumstance is important. The dynamic stress of longeron on a kind of lorry are tested and analyzed for under the extreme overload with the extreme bad road in the paper. The static experimenting test and analysis of longeron on the lorry is first accomplished, and the dangerous stress section is confirmed preparatory. Then choose the different bad road and do dynamic stress testing at dangerous section under the condition of different overload. By the data analysis, the influencing relation of the different overload and the different moving speed of lorry to dynamic stress of longeron are received. These provided the part basis for the dependable usage of truck under the extreme circumstance.
