This paper presents the research on the micro-biochemical sensor based on the ion sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET). ISFET sensors have the advantages of small size, high sensitivity, rapid response, low-priced etc. These features are of potential benefit in environmental and medical applications, especially in health care. The development of the ISFET sensor, it can be broad applied to biochemical field. In the State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology of China, the ISFET sensors have been tested the pH value in the stomacl'K bacterial stains liquid of tooth or saliva
