Planets in disks: A new method for hydrodynamic disk simulations

摘要

The discovery of exo-planets has called for the modeling of the early phases of planet evolution, where the planet is still interacting with the surrounding disk. We present a new numerical method tackling this delicate problem, which gives different results for the disk structure evolution.
