一种 TFT 模拟仿真与计算方法磁

摘要

With the development of the display industry ,AMOLED technology is mainstream technology .The Thin Film Transistor is the main influence factor of the AMOLED display quality ,and the threshold voltage is one of the main characteristic parameters of the TFT performance ,its extraction and calculation method is so important .This paper uses the ATLAS simulation tool to simulate TFT structure and characteristics ,then extracts the final simulation data of the transfer characteristic curve and calculates the TFT threshold voltage combining with EXCEL tool .The calculation procedure of this method is simple and effective ,intuitive and conducive to study late TFT performance optimization .%随着显示行业的发展，AMOLED 技术成为目前的主流技术。其中的薄膜晶体管（TFT ）成为 AMOLED 显示质量的主要影响因素，阈值电压作为 TFT 性能的主要特征参数之一，其提取和计算方法至关重要。论文利用 ATLAS 仿真工具进行 TFT 结构和特性的仿真，然后提取 TFT 仿真的转移特性曲线数据结果以及结合 EXCEL 工具计算出 TFT 阈值电压的值。其方法简单有效，计算过程直观，利于研究后期 TFT 的性能优化。
