OSH Training Based on E - learning System

Internet more rapidly changes everything in politics, economy, eduction field than we anticiapte. e -Learning is not a strange word in Korea. So many employers and employees use e -Learning for elevating their duty performance, new job skills, foreign language skill and so forth. In the past, we called it Web Based lnstruction(WB)or Web Based Training(WBT)but e -Learning is called now. The difference between them is the view point of main subject in the e-ducation. In other world, learners are the subject of education as instructors are subject in the instruction. The main characteristic of on - line education is something changeable based on learners. Anytime andanywhere are key points in on - line education. When it comes to an educational effect, which is better? Absolutely, it is needless to say. But we should consider environmental factors. The internet is indeed a priceless tool. As an Internet user, you can surf anytime, anywhere as long as you use inter- net p. c. There will be few substitution of absent workres from the training. Therefore e -Learning will save the em-ployres' time and money. And taking into consideration computer system, it is possible to provide user-based-system in other words, they can ontrol progress of classwork and even to desig curriculum with considering their knowledge level.
