Improving Producibility of Manufacturing Products Made of Organic Matrix Composite Materials

The purpose of this paper is to discuss a scheme of development of the methods and devices required to grow the composites industry for application to commercial products that will permit small manufacturers to compete with companies in countries employing excessively low-cost labor. The world is in the process of realizing a large redistribution of wealth. The redistribution is not from wealthy people to poorer people but rather from richer nations to poorer nations. The redistribution is actually being carried out by the corporations which were born and nurtured in and by the richer nations. These large corporations are following the low cost money trail, growing larger and richer in the process, and riding above the turmoil without concern for its long term impact outside of their organizations.
