According to those problems existing in P/E ratio pricing method of stock issuing, the paper chooses many indexes of reflecting comparability among firms and applies the theory of degree of approaching of fuzzy mathematics to the study of pricing model of stock issuing to establish a P/E fuzzy relative valuation model.
