PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve real-time property without deteriorating communication efficiency, reduce the burden on a server, and notify a user of more precise information in a timely manner.;SOLUTION: Every time a stock price information notification server 3 receives an acquisition request from a user's mobile terminal 5, it calculates an acquisition interval based on the number of contracts per unit time for each issue, and transmits a notification of the stock price-related information (the stock price and the acquisition interval). After the acquisition interval has passed, the user's mobile terminal 5 sends an acquisition request to the stock information notification server 3, and, in each case, obtains new stock price-related information. The user's mobile terminal 5 determines whether the stock price-related information corresponds to the notification conditions based on the stock price obtained last time and the stock price obtained this time.
