With the proceeding of the housing system reform and the penetration of the financial system reform, the development of individual housing mortgage credit, as an important part of the housing finance, is becoming a social hotspot. Because of its large sum and long time, its risk is high. This thesis analyzes the major factors that cause the risk and models to evaluate it, and provides some specific measures to avoid them.
