Quality Control of Clean Room Garments by Using IC Tag

We introduce "Clean Room Garment Quality Control System with IC Tag" that we have developed in order to improve the clean room environment. Clean rooms have been used at increasing number of industries such as semiconductor, electronics devices, and biotechnology. Although the quality and performance of the clean room garments become higher, it is inevitable that they gradually deteriorate after laundry. In addition, the deterioration leads to various problems, such as defects caused by the contamination of dust. For these reasons, monitoring the quality and performance of the clean room garments are important and our system is useful to keep the clean rooms clean.
