摘要

Increasing the dietary intake of conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) could have many positive effects on human health. As farmed fish composition reflects the formulation of their feeds, and taking into account the relative low amounts of these compoundsin fish products, the incorporation of CLA in juvenile trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fed diets containing different levels of CLA was evaluated.
