Organic semiconductors are of interest due to their potential applications in molecular electronics. Organic thin films are technologically attractive due to their easy processing, low cost and potentially tunable properties. In order to develop electronic devices that rely on photoconductive properties of organic semiconductors, it is important to understand the mechanisms of charge photogeneration, transport, trapping, etc.
