摘要

The brake tube is considered one of the most important part in automobiles.The purpose of this paper is to study an optimal forging processes for the brake tube-end.Finite element analysis has been carried out to predict an optimal shape of the brake tube-end and its simulation results were reflected to the forging processes design for brake tube-end.The shape of the brake tube-end is in agreement with the finite element simulation and the test results.Through this research,we could get the optimal shape of the brake tube-end.Also,these results can be used to the development of the forging process for different parts.
