摘要

Based on mass balance and heat balance calculation model,the energy utilization of blast furnace ironmaking,rotary hearth furnace ironmaking and gas-based shaft furnace ironmaking(Midrex)of high phosphorus oolitic hematite was calculated.The results showed that the total energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking and gas-based shaft furnace ironmaking is lower,while that of rotary hearth furnace(RHF)ironmaking is the highest.Through the research and analysis combined with the characteristics of fossil energy in China,some constructive suggestions were made in order to promote the application and spread of gas-based shaft furnace ironmaking.
