摘要

For the purpose of rapid heating of DFP on occasion of engine ignition,microwave heating has been taken into consideration.We have attempted to develop DPF materials for this purpose,considering the following facts: Microwave absorbing ceramics can be heated well,but not necessarily suitable for the internal and rapid heating.On the other hand,as metal particles can be heated rapidly by microwave.Therefore,we fabricated porous ceramic/metal composite materials and examined their microwave rapid heating characteristics.This material is consisted of metal particles dispersed in microwave non-absorbing inorganic material(glass),through which microwave can penetrate deep inside.In this paper,it will be shown on the heating behavior of the material and combustion experiments of the soot simulants.
