Study on Tacit Knowledge Flowing and Converting in Construction Project Management

摘要

Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy ages, knowledge management applies in construction project management increasingly, and effective tacit knowledge flowing and converting in construction project management is very important for raising project quality, speeding project progress and saving project cost. The paper analyses the connotation, the characteristic and the classification of tacit knowledge in construction project management systematically, and builds up a model on tacit knowledge flowing and converting in construction project management. Combined with the practice of Chinese construction project management, the paper also discusses some main measures and approaches to promote tacit knowledge flowing and converting in construction project management in detail.
