An Effective Course Authoring and Student Evaluation System for Distance Learning

With the internet technology, education has come to a new edge. Instructors are able to teach courses to students who are far away from each other. And students now can learn anytime and anywhere. It's also very difficult to evaluate students' performance when students browse courseware through browser. As a result, a system with easy courseware authoring functionality and automatically evaluate students' performance will he helpful for instructors who want to adapt new education environment. In thispaper, we proposed a new system which provides several tools for instructors to design on-line courseware and to evaluate students' performance when students study course content via browser. Our proposed system also provides individual tutorial for each student based on the evaluation result.
