摘要

This paper presents a sensitive micro-droplet interferometry to measure the local pressure in micro fluidic devices. The principle is based on the average shift of fringes to detect the small variation of a droplet profile under different pressures. An accuracy of 0.01 percent has been obtained. Compared with other methods, this method features high accuracy, simple design, inexpensive fabrication and little effect on micro fluidic system, making it promising for many applications.
