摘要

This paper reviews the different methods for local force calculation in magnetised iron core and current carrying conductors of electrical machines and apparatus. Three different methods are reviewed and shown to be equivalent numerically and theoretically. These methods are implemented and validated on a simple benchmark model. The size and the amount of elements in the finite element (FE) model are changed to check the accuracy of the methods. As an application the nodal forces in the stator core of an asynchronous generator are calculated.
