The effectiveness and efficiency in reporting, identification, and mitigation of GNSS service disruption is of great importance. The information exchange between the U.S. Government authorities and the GNSS user is a two-way conversation. Both parties are important to maintain reliable use of GNSS services. With the increased dependence on GNSS systems in numerous critical applications, the exchange of information between the service provider and end user must be improved to support these activities.
