摘要

The machining of a variety of materials with laser beam recently gets an increasing importance. By the integration of the laser beam guidance into the interior of the axis kinematics of the Reis robot (RV16 Laser) the laser robot gets a high maneuverability and because of this is able to machine 3-dimensional workpieces with difficult contours and at high velocities. In a research project a compensation system for the laser robot was developed to eliminate micro vibrations. The function principal of the system and the significance of the achieved improvements for practical application cases are explained. Furthermore a survey of already realised applications is given and also a forward look at possible additional application cases in laser machining in future is presented.
