Using business games to enhance engineering students capacity for individual and social awareness

Business games are used to teach how companies work. At the Ecole Centrale de Paris, we have an additional aim: to make students aware of group processes. In this report we describe how we use games to achieve these aims and how the questions that arise lead us to an action-research concerning the conflicting demands that managers as individuals have to deal with in a company.
