Applying a cognitive engineering framework to research: a successful case-study?

摘要

This paper reports a case-study, which applies a Cognitive Engineering framework to telemedical consultation research. The study is generally considered a success. All the research concepts are informally classified by the framework. Additional framework concepts suggest advances to the research. Such framework applications help researchers build on each other's work, the better to support Cognitive Engineering discipline progress.
