Grease have been widely used but we cannot yet predict accurately lubricating performance of grease. Thickener have very large influence on the film thickness of grease. At low rolling speed, grease forms thick film [1, 2]. The purpose of this study is to make clear the behavior of grease thickener by direct observation of grease EHL film under very low speed rolling, sliding and impact motion. In this paper, we focused difference of grease film behaviour at very low impact speed.
