摘要

The purpose of this paper is to report on experiential findings regarding a blended learning educational programme for mid-career managers on the subject of sustainability. Using qualitative responses to an evaluation assessment tool after an entire cohort completed the one year course, the paper deepens our insights into factors associated with the failure of ICT. Rather than be deterred, the paper concludes that ICT is still an essential part of inter-organisational learning.
