This study is an investigation of the influence of LLP-IR-LT (λ=890 nm), on the activation markers of the immunity system in sera patients with RA. We have studied 137 patients with proved RA forming elementary group and 29 chosen at random representing the control - placebo group. The levels of soluble receptors and neopterin in sera were examined in 53 RA patients from the elementary and in 12 from the control group. These patients were subjected to dynamic determination of soluble TNFα receptors (sTNF- αR), sIL-2R and neopterin by immunoenzym method; and of C-reactive protein (CRP) by radioimmunodiffusion or by immunoenzym method.
