摘要

The effects of catalyst on the reactivity,such as;reactive rate,filling time,and filling behavior in the rigid polyurethane(PU)system were investigated with the reactive mechanism.The plate type mold(800X200X 25mm)was used in order to observe the filling behavior of rigid polyurethane foam,.The mold was modified from basic type to barrier and bank types.The reactivity of rigid PU foam was investigated,by using the box type mold that was made of thermocouples and insulating material for the adiabatic condition.The cream time,gel time and tack free time were decreased as the amount of catalyst increases.The flow behavior in the foaming process of rigid PU was studied by numerical method and experiments.The simulation was executed during the filling and curing processes in the cavity.In this study,the comparison of the filling behavior between experiments and numerically calculated predictions will be shown.
