摘要

In last decade, silica powder has been intensively increasing used for reinforcing rubber compounds, especially in out sole rubber. A major problem of silica reinforced rubber is the incompatibleness between hydrophilic silica and lipophilic rubber including butadiene rubber (BR) and natural rubber (NR), outcome in poor mechanical properties. Many methods were examined to solve this problem such as using silane coupling agent, using in situ process to generate silica particle3 and self-assembly of silica and rubber latex procress4,5.
