Decision-making flow of bank's loan project projects risk-rating system

摘要

At present, most banks use rating-risk method to evaluate projects. But it has some mistakes in the aspects of choosing index and setting marks. This paper analyses the problems and constructs a new index system. It also use AHP to get each mark of these indexes. At last, a case analysis has been introduced to prove the system's feasibility.
