The countermeasure study on preventing and eliminating the counterfeit inferior commodities

Our country's economy benefit and the efficiency of resource allocating are badly harmed by the counterfeit & inferior commodities. It is necessary to study the countermeasure on preventing and eliminating the counterfeit & inferior commodities. The article argues that information asymmetry is the economic factor and the moral hazard is the society factors for producing this phenomenon. Analysis the mechanism that how the counterfeit & inferior commodities to drive high-quality commodities out of market, destroy the resource allocating and indicate its moral basis. Finally based on the game analysis, propose the countermeasure to prevent and eliminate this phenomenon.
