摘要

This study aimed at examining the effect of tobacco smoke countermeasures in office buildings by measuring particulate and gaseous chemical composition. The particulate and gaseous matters of smoking and non-smoking area in 5 buildings were sampled and analyzed with carbon monitor and GC/MS. As a result, OC ratios in smoking areas were higher value than outdoor air and particulate nicotine at smoking area was detected. Gaseous nicotine was high value in the smoking area, while 3-etenyl pyridine was detected in both smoking and non-smoking area. The behaviors of gaseous and particulate matters in smoking space were different.
