Conducting organic polymers and their composites have been studied intensively as electroactive materials in recent years.Much work in this field has been focused on polyacetylene,polythiophene and polypyrrole.The potential applications of these polymers are diverse,e.g.as polymeric batteries,membranes,light emitting diodes,sensing devices,actuators,or circuits.
