摘要

Different technologies of (V{sub}(1-x)Cr{sub}x){sub}2O{sub}3 ceramic sample fabrication are discussed. It is shown that it is possible to make high-quality ceramic breaking elements up to several cm{sup}3 in volume. Temperature dependencies of conductivity and magnetoresistance of the ceramic samples are studied in the vicinity of the phase transition. A technology of contact fabrication on ceramic samples is investigated.
