The different models and approximations of the optical transfer operator (OTF) are employed in mul-tidimentional problems of radiative correction for remote sensing of ocean, in theories of sight and image propagation in turbin media, and in theoretical and computational fundamentals of optical-electronic remote-sensing systems. In this paper we present new results - the sets of basic models to compute the optical radiation transfer in atmosphere-ocean system (SAO). The basic sets of the influence functions (IPs) and the spatial-frequency characteristics (SFCs) of the atmosphere and ocean are determined. This sets of IFs and SFCs are invariant with respect to the reflection and refraction properties of the air-water boundary. The mathematical modelling method is proposed to compute the solar radiation field in the atmosphere-ocean of the separated solutions for the atmosphere and the ocean.
