摘要

Pronounced instabilities of microwave magnetomodulated absorption hysteresis signal, important in HTSC microwave band devices, are detected at magnetic field multiple sweep cycling. Mechanism of strong Neel-type pair interactions of shielding current contours, containing HTSC perovskite intrinsic structure defects(pinning centres, weak links, weak sites) and distributed widely over the surface of single crystal or ceramics, is proposed.
