A copper-ceramic or glass-ceramic disk in or on the surfaces of which are sintered perovskite ceramics, by e.g. a plasma coating method or silk screen printing method. The ceramic material locks with the surface of the disk and the surface is polished as required. The disks have a central opening through which an axle is inserted, the axle being driven by a motor to rotate the disks, which in an atmosphere of fluidic nitrogen, with a strong magnetic field, are transferred into the superconducting state.
