Photoconductivity and photoluminescence as well as photcatalysis, photosyntesis and other phenomena driven by light present a great interest for science in order to elucidate the details governing the itneraction of matter with light. There is no need to enumerate here the diverse applications and devices for which the basis is light and electrical field induced phenomena [1-3].
