The area of knowledge-based systems has been enriched with the creation of methodologies like CommonKADS that allow the standardization of processes that should be followed when developing intelligent systems to produce a high quality product. It is required when the system makes the reasoning based on some tasks that involve knowledge of a domain, it performs under some temporary restrictions so that it offers a solution or answer before the end of a maximum term of execution. Therefore it is important to outline a methodological guide that facilitates the construction of intelligent systems in real time. In this case the decision has been taken to evaluate the application of the CommonKADS methodology to the development of distributed artificial intelligence and to perform the necessary changes. The use of this paradigm in real-world problems is one of the main lines of interest in the Artificial Intelligence area. This paper describes a method based on CommonKADS to involved real time on intelligence systems and the application of this approach for the control of an autonomous mobile robot.
