摘要

The energy relaxation mechanism of Au(III) protoporphyrin IX dimethyl ester in glacial acetic acid was determined by means of time-resolved picosecond spectroscopy. The rate of the absorbance change induced by a 355 nm ps pulse was measured. The kinetics of the ground state repopulating and the formation and decay of the excited states were measured at 425 nm, 547 nm, and 600 nm. Based on these data the kinetics of the transient intermediate states and the relaxation mechanism of Au(III) Protoporphyrin were determined.
